As a wife and a mother, Kendra has learned that balance in life is key. Indoor cycling enhances both physical and mental strength. Her objective is to provide a “can-do” attitude for riders of all fitness levels to reach their personal goals. She motivates her riders with infectious energy and positivity and wants them to finish each ride feeling strong and exhilarated.
